Yes, but the way he handled it seemed pretty contrived and for the cameras. Like all of his other faces and reactions.

I hate that losing a challenge to get rid of Russell is the worst move ever (according to Probst) but VOLUNTEERING to go to Tribal probably won't be mentioned at every subsequent Tribal like the throwing of the challenge was.

As Queen Sandra, the only 2 time Survivor, as my witness, I will not allow myself to be attracted to Colton as he loses weight and gains a tan. I just can't allow it.

Yea, it was like OF COURSE those two would pair up. Siiiigh

@avclub-a1967e6de4ca99fb2635d94b99453928:disqus I have a thing for thick eyebrows and your comment embiggened something in my bathing suit area.

You know, I support the separation of camps. I feel like the last two seasons were ruined by one tribe sticking together (and it was really ugly personally) past the merge. If the two tribes stayed on one camp, there's be this whole "if you talk to the boys, we'll vote you out" mentality.

I agree! If Juju was the winner, they would have made her backstory more prominent. That's just how reality TV works.

They're all out to get her, considering they always say she's the weakest one when questioned. I thought that's what Milan was referring to in a more general, "be strong" sense.

I feel like that's true for almost any reality show - if you're bottom 2 for the 3rd time, you got to go even if you're not the worst that week (slight exception for people who are in the top 2 when they're not in the bottom).

I wish she'd go back to her Back to Basics days.

@avclub-37fbc3a475dad8f4729a4825ab147fde:disqus I do think Rami can pull off the collar/sub thing, though that could be my ability to imagine being stronger than my grasp on reality.

And you know she wouldn't have said it had she been in the bottom group. It definitely had this energy to it.

Yea, it was almost like the writers wanted to see how many stereotypes they could jam into one episode (I forgot about the hot dog vendor in my rant above). They were one gypsy tarot reader away from the full house of racism.

This was only my second time watching this show but I had a good time. The relationships were easy to understand and the emotions were honest. I even laughed (favorite part was when the family members were making music at the table). Artemis is gold, as always, and Hope's grandfather kept turning me on.

@avclub-19db33a7920e55ba3a32ab69d87f65b8:disqus I thought Sharon wasn't really complimenting her face work, just going for the obvious joke and it turned into the whole thing.

Oliver, I love everything about you but it's Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (not Night). She's been serving camp since before I was born and I feel like I owe it to her to point that out to you.

And she took off the one thing that I thought was clever (the sirens on her shoulders)!

Yes! What I love about this show is that it's way over the top but it doesn't have to point out its jokes. Ex. there's been no confirmation that charisma… = CUNT and that is its charm.

I actually found last season to be lacking in talent (excluding the winner) compared to season 2 so I think this one's a step up!

And then you can't get one lingering shot of the dress when it's actually on the runway! I don't need to see DvF looking at shit, really. At least not more of her looking than the thing she's looking at.
