I have a friend who is exactly like Michael in terms of his sense of humor. He's always saying things that are incredibly stupid and making dumb pop culture references. But he isn't as destructive as Michael.

If it's long term and they have additional income from the other office supplies, it would be worth it.

Adaptation doesn't seem self-indulgent to me, but as a rule, I agree.

If you're looking for a great late period Fellini film, check out AND THE SHIP SAILS ON. Beautiful film, and one of the few times Fellini got really political.

I think I Vitelloni is better than La Strada, which gets all the raves.

JVS is right. It's a gay AIDS movie. But it has Patrick Wilson as a gay Mormon Republican, Al Pacino in his best performance in recent years, Meryl Streep as a Rabbi, and the aforementioned nude MLP. Full Frontal too.

For fans of HELD UP and SPECIES!

And it's good to see Pembleton in something.

The only reason to watch Weeds would be to see Mary Louise Parker every week, but I could just rewatch her nude scene in Angels in America.
