How did you come about signed copies of King's books?

I saw a book club edition of it at a Goodwill, in pristine shape, and for some reason passed on it. As someone who sells books online (and does pretty well selling pristine book club editions of rare books), I still can't fathom why I disregarded it. It's a 50 dollar book.
