I felt nothing but relief when Aiden was revealed to be working with Emily as any other alternative just seemed completely stupid and annoying. If Aiden was really working against Emily, he would have revealed to Victoria that Emily was really Amanda Clarke, no?

I do not like the look of the new comments system. It feels icky.

The intelligence services of other countries are as much terrorists as those of the US government.  If that is your implication, ok. But I am not sure you are going for logical consistency in your use of language here.

Canadian espionage against the US would be awesome and go against the conventional wisdom that Canada takes international law and diplomacy seriously, unlike the US.

It is precisely because the capitalist class owns the media and controls it by the rights doled out by their government that the AV Club is forced to express its frustration at such repetition in the media.

Word to ya mutha!

It may be more specific, but it is totally wrong. I am sorry my comments were too short to fully elucidate why the writing is bad as to character. But, I am simply a snarky comment writer, while Todd VanDerBeek seems to be at least a semi-professional reviewer, who pretty consistently writes reviews that demonstrates

Yeah, your first two paragraphs does not at all accurately summarize what the show has been up to now and what its problems have been. The creators are not "interested in its characters less as fictional human beings and more as iconography."  Nope, not at all. Not even a little bit. Your pretense does not hold. You

Isn't doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results a sign of a lack of attachment to reality?

I saw the Pepsi Cheetos when I was in Japan, but my reading skills were low enough to not entirely be sure what the product was from the packaging. I should have had the nerve to get some at the place where I got the book of girl licking and kissing doorknobs (the only store I saw them in).

The actor was eventually going to die, and given his history of drug abuse, from an actuarial standpoint, he was the most likely to not make it through the life of the series.

Actors can live after their characters are dead. What happens on tv is just pretend.

Has no one at the Onion taken a class on feminist literary criticism?

Good to see Finn finally gone. Though, had they killed the character off in the school shooting episode, this could have been taken care of months ago.

Wow. Todd VanDerBeek is one sick idiot to find humor in the horrific opening scene. Seriously, there was nothing amusing about any of that opening display of 1800s racism. You are way more ignorant and insensitive than any of your previous reviews have revealed. Wow.

Isn't this a remake of an Outer Limits episode with Leonard Nimoy?

I think you and the other creativity barren media are making a story here where there is none,

Hopefully the show will last long enough for him to let us know it was all a convoluted plan by God that makes no sense.

Well, we should all be wary of the products of capitalist owned media  that examine the very means and forms of production that spell their doom. Free information and free production are the end of capitalist tyranny, but as capital is still very powerful it might be able to stomp out the possibility of human liberty

He is right that it is wrong to have Batman & Superman kill.  Any person who does that is a soulless monster that has no appreciation for the importance of heroism as a model to aspire to.
