It doesn't have to be a Green Lantern film reference.

He was just delightfully shitty.

I did enjoy some of them sort of backing away and trying to regroup when they realized they were charging across an open plain at a guy with an assault rifle.

Or maybe he's signing the company back over to Walter, because Walter is the only adult on this entire show?

John Barrowman slowly, painstakingly eating an entire table whilst taking breaks to monologue about how delicious and cunning and intricate his evil plan to eat the table was would be a great season of television, I think.

The Merlyn flashback episode stands out as one of the few I can distinctly remember this season.

Given that they're essentially the last characters on the entire show who would care about or ever tell anyone else about that information, I can see how it plays as a joke.

"I. AM. GRODD. FEAR MEEEEEE"

HARDER

Like Tony Wonder hiding in a dumbwaiter

This is why I love (well written and interesting) choice in games, even if they often never end up having the "lasting consequences" they're often promised of having (looking at you Mass Effect). I suppose it's not particularly easy to market that sort of thing as an existential character test instead of a neat

While it was hardly well fleshed out, I actually really enjoyed the dynamic of this episode. So much that I sort of wish the show could have done this sooner and had Oliver being the main antagonist of the show sooner. Maybe get a few episodes of him training with Ra's (or even going after HIVE) to build up to what we

"This. Statement. Is. False! don't think about it don't think about it don't think about it"

"I once played Jedi Outcast"

Yes, exactly. I loved the first couple hours of that before I'd realized I had played all I needed to play of it.

I…would watch that.

Also terrible dads.

Aside from "red… neck….man," you mean.

Yeah, I really enjoyed this episode. I think it's been pretty good lately, but I honestly didn't know what was happening tonight, but in a weirdly playful way. The Lances were positively delightful and properly used, the Eddie/Barry stuff was fun, Caitlin being confused was fun.
