Yeah the CIA already knew about Issa. What Carrie was remembering before the ECT was the fact that Brody had been yelling his name in his sleep. I do agree it's sort of weird that the show has yet to establish if she actually remembers that or not. I'm operating under the assumption that she doesn't.

I feel as if "WHY AM I NOT BLACKING OUT?" is one of Tobias' most under-appreciated lines. David Cross is the best.

I really feel as if they'd just restricted him to those first couple of scenes, the episode would be considered at the very least an average one.

The way his face fell while Saul's face stayed exactly the same tells you everything you need to know about those two characters and their worldviews. Marvelous.
