I understand what you're saying, but I think the problem with that is why should we as viewers have to go that far to understand it. It should be understood at first watch; the show has to give us the impression not the other way around. If it did then why are so many people in this comment (including me) section

A painful episode to watch overall. I would post why but it would go like a rant.

Season 3 definitely isn't for everyone. I find that the crowd who enjoy this show typically share somewhat of a cynic-worldview, nerd-like, and are socially conscious. If they don't have that then it may be harder them to like it.

Recommending shit can be a very tedious process. In the event that someone doesn't like what you recommended without you overhyping it: how do you determine how much of that was based off preconceived bias, trivial things, or just reasonable dislike?

I thought she was okay at first but after like two seasons I started to notice some things, most notably complex.

Yup.

I don't like Don & Megan they almost killed the episode for me. A man like Don shouldn't have been so caught up with a girl like that. He's losing his edge and becoming just like Roger.

And Michael's balls.

I think Pilot was getting at the Observers being the omnipotent people that they are, how could they not prevent the planet from being poisoned? And I think that there is insufficient evidence at this time. I'm sure such a plot hole wouldn't go unchecked.

Community shout out in the credits

This is a sad day

Ratings suck, but Community has been constantly dominating Hulu's most popular list for every new episode that has come on. That has to count for something right?

Was so mad at Jeff Winger being mentioned, but i'm cool now *sun glasses.*

I felt the Dean was distracting this episode and didn't add much to the episode overall as he always does.

I'm not a fan of Doctor Who (I watched two episodes of some version that had some blonde girl dating a black guy and kinda hated, probably watched the wrong season)  I do agree the Inspector Spacetime needs to stop, I never found it funny or cute, it's the most infuriating running gag I've ever seen.

I remember Harmon saying not to pay to much attention to that.

I don't know what to say…

I don't find New Girl or this show to be particularly "laugh out loud funny" I just laugh at a few jokes through out the whole episode. DTB23 is more surprising and I feel more inclined to watch it than New Girl, but I'm not hooked.

I just saw that episode of 30 Rock
