@avclub-e57f718840a576abbb40a7d046c4e3b0:disqus Bad land management in Ireland is reprehensible, but at the time no one was all that familiar with monocropping or industrial scale fertilization. I've heard they were exporting food, but that just sounds insane. Regardless, they didn't need to hire IBM to figure out how

The English had the same technology and you didn't see them going around genociding people*.

A Jewish wife will forgive and forget, but she'll never forget what she forgave.

I went to see Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon while I was exhausted and fell asleep immediately. I woke up from the sound of every fight scene and then passed again as soon as they were over. From my perspective, the movie lasted about 35 minutes and was fucking awesome.

@Call Me Carlos the Dwarf  Haha, I watched Safe right before the Pilot. It is weird that they went from resolving the tension of the siblings joining the crew to explodingg machismo in the movie. Sean Maher came across looking like a pussy throughout the TV show and this gave him a chance to come across as more of a

If by that you mean Kenneth Mars is the shit, then yes.

I just rewatched the first episode of Firefly, and Mal punched Simon in the face twice, pretty dickishly, I might add. I remember thinking during the movie that there was way too much drama between them and it felt set up, but now I see it as kind of  bookend to those first two unreturned punches.

Clerks III: Too Fat to Work the Register

You know, I skipped that because of the title alone. I appreciate horror and the macabre when they are used as elements of suspense in thrillers, mysteries and noir. However, it doesn't hold up on it's own for me.  The build up and gore in The Shining is impressive, but the cinematography, acting and bizarre story

I don't know, you would be surprised at the mark up on tusolago farfara.

I thought they were on a break?

The break was pretty lame(a Christmas episode might have been lamer), though I like having something to watch in March and April. Personally, I didn't even go to NBC.com to watch the last few episodes to catch up. Also, I really couldn't see why Renard and Nick would meet up at the cabin from the pilot(except that Tim

I like Waymond. "You're being uncharacteristically quiet. Did you do this to us? Is this your doing? Because if you did, we're going to come back at you….so hard."

Grimm?

It came up organically.

That's not a gavel.
