For some reason I really like Bob's almost broken sounding, depressive/dark tracks on ELL (Biographer Seahorse, Refections in a Metal Whistle, A Burning Glass), but I understand why a lot of people wouldn't. It's a divisive, strange album.

I agree with your order, except I'd swap ELL and Factory. Something about Factory just didn't click with me, although I do appreciate it a LOT more than when it came out. I think Class Clown in particular is a top 5 GBV album.

I liked how he went from pummeling the governor in one shot to getting his ass absolutely kicked in the next…
