It wasn't the Donald's idiocy; it was his underhanded work.  There's a long out-of-print book called "$1 League" about the USFL.  Trump was planning on ditching his fellow owners for a Trump-owned NYC NFL team from the beginning.  He was moving to fall, suing the NFL for antitrust, and then after winning a big money

The thing I love about that is this guy's dream job was working at a bookstore.

A question to people who buy deluxe editions of albums: how often do you listen to the bonus tracks?  They're always heavy on demos and live tracks.  Doesn't it bore you listening to modestly different versions of songs you already know?

Reminds of a John Laroquette interview where he said he begged NBC not to call his mid-90s sitcom "The John Laroquette Show".  He said "I knew I'd feel awful seeing my name 68th in the ratings".

About the only quality thing it did was give Canadian legend Gordon Pinset some work.

Especially considering the old-school "Roots"/"Winds of War" style miniseries run on consecutive nights don't exist anymore.  A lot of the miniseries nominees are just short run series dragged into the category.

It's really weird seing Edward without his glasses.
Love that you brought up "Electric Grandmother".  I think it was legally required to show that in elementary schools on rainy days in the 1980s.  That scene where the helicopter drops off the new Grandma sticks into my head this day.
