Same, at times in my life it has hit close to home cause I identified more with Ribisi's character than practically anyone else in anything. It's not as true now, but I still feel as if it's as close as anything ever came to showing a slice of my perception of things and people when I've been alienated and nihilistic.

To me Super Bass was the happy medium between the generic pop and the overly obnoxious brat rap. I have trouble imagining she'll do anything as good even though I like her.
