Has there ever been a show with better secondary characters than Parks and Rec? The Simpsons, I guess?

Yeah, honestly it's hard for me to critically judge this show because it just makes me feel so happy watching it. Was it a perfect episode? Maybe not. But I was smiling like an idiot for the full 22 minutes, and it's been a long time since I watched a series that actually made me laugh out loud many times per episode.

Agreed, that was probably my biggest laugh from The Office in quite a while. It felt almost like sarcasm on the writers' part, that every episode is some character getting themselves into some wacky predicament  Then again I guess that's every sitcom of all time.

Man, how could the writers resist just calling Bob Odenkirk's character Saul, and implying it's actually the same character from Breaking Bad? That would be both the best and most unexpected crossover of all time.

Surprisingly good episode, I agree, but I wouldn't call it amazing by any means. I mean come on, how bad was that voice over? I know it's one of the trademarks of the show, but after marathoning Homeland it's so jarring to watch a show which relies on the main character explaining every single thing out loud.

This actress is credited as appearing in the episode as "woman."
Her resume suggests she would have been hired to do more than stand with an umbrella covering her face. Is this our gal?

Man, some of that dialogue was cringe worthy. I hope that's not what the writing in the post-Sorkin era is like.

Yeah I haven't seen any further than you, but it was my impression that this was Rob Lowe's last episode. (Hopefully that's not considered a spoiler since I imagine everyone watching the series at the time knew when he was leaving.)

Ha, did she even have a send-off at all? I seem to remember her just completely disappearing. Same goes for Ainsley. This show seems to enjoy introducing characters only for them to never be heard from again.

So I'm a relatively new West Wing reviewer, just catching up with the show along with Steve. I'm pretty confused about the whole Rob Lowe situation.

Spoiler alert: it was Louis C.K.
