I thought Phlox was a great character. He's easily one of my favorites of the show. He was just so darned likable and upbeat.

I honestly enjoyed Enterprise for what it was, and in particular I really genuinely liked the last season a lot, as they started getting into stories that tied into the foundations of TOS and such like the birth of the Federation and whatnot. It's a shame they didn't get to keep exploring that with a fifth season.
