"Behind the scenes video of how Deer Tick's new album art was made?"

How much longer until Chris Conley shows up, defending The Smurfs 2 and telling everybody how meaningless the AV Club is?

I've been really enjoying the new solo album from Sean Nelson, frontman of Harvey Danger.  It's a great piece of pop craftsmanship.

Since when do you need a journalism degree to get a job as a reporter anywhere?  I've heard plenty of reporters and other newspapermen tell people *not* to bother with j-school.

I only tried pot for the first time about four months ago or so, and have done it a few times since (hey, if you're in a band it's what you do sometimes).  It affects my two guitarists the way I wished it affected me - makes them feel super happy and super creative.  It mainly makes me feel super happy and super

"Has the vinyl revival gone too far?"  What does that even mean?

If Apple had their way, there would be no variable pricing in the iTunes store - they apparently fought the record labels quite hard about making every normal album $9.99.  The variable pricing - where new releases are like as much as $14.99 while old stuff is more like $7.99 - was a concession to record label demands

Weirdly, there's also an in-name-only *sequel* to Day of the Dead - I think it's "Day of the Dead 2:  Contagium" or some such generic thing.  "Day of the Dead 2" has no relation to the Romero original, this remake, any of Romero's other movies, or the Zach Snyder "Dawn."  It's odd.

Not only driving, but parking!
