I tend to blow off steam at the gym and my usual soundtrack there is both Dethklok, Kanye West, and Jay-Z. If it's been a particularly bad day, I might opt for some Black Dahlia Murder, but those incessant beats tend to exacerbate my anger, not quell it.

His Willy Wonka sucked. Dylan did it way better.

Avengers besting Avatar would be too much justice for this universe's timeline. I am starting to hate James Cameron less because he's atoning for cinematic sins by mining asteroids.

What is "london bitch?"

"Though, just as Star Wars helped bring the dreams of science-fiction fans into the world at large in the ’70s, in the years since X-Men, the distinction between fans and general audiences has gotten thinner and thinner. Maybe that’s what happens in a golden age."

Oh, boosh.

He's always mentioning Neruda, so I assume he's a default Garcia-Marquez fan.

Started the Witcher 2 on 360 (my PC is a low-powered laptop). As an RPG fan who has kept up with the genre over the last five years, I'm very pleased. It's not as hard as reviews make it out to be, and this is coming from someone who gave up on Demon's Souls after a few tries at the spider demon (that's the second

I watched Crank 2 on a lark one afternoon and I still get overly excited when someone mentions that movie. I immediately rented the first Crank afterward and was severely disappointed.

The characters aren't particularly interesting, the dialogue is indistinguishable by character, and the bad-guy reveal is by no means shocking or revelatory. I'm just

He's better at invalidating my feelings than my mom!

I'm going to see Merle Haggard this summer. And Primus.

I'm just angry he's not touring anywhere near me and that they cancelled one of the last White Stripes tours because Meg had a nervous breakdown. I'm sure I'll dig this album.

Horror is just fantasy thriller.

Cabin in the Woods (oh, indeed). Finished Clash of Kings, started Storm of Swords. Red Dead Redemption ('cause I felt like roamin'), and Mott the Hoople's ALL THE YOUNG DUDES for $2.99 on Record Store Day.

Thanks. I've got some clue of where to go next. I stand corrected, too. I have Hours and kinda dig it. Been a while since I listened to it.
