I thought the new episodes were going up on Netflix the day after air?

I finished Metal Gear Solid 4 while recovering from wisdom tooth extraction. My teeth were impacted and yanking was involved in removal. I broke a controller during the final battle. Why, in a game with the central mechanics being stealth and shoot, would the final battle be a fist fight with terrible camera angles?

I saw that IGN knocked the new Silent Hill pretty hard, then read some other reviews and it sounds like it's far more playable than the perpetual adolescents at IGN made out. Still don't know that I'll get to it, though. Silent Hill 2 was made a huge impression on me and I couldn't even finish it. One of the best

Agreed. I think the maps are pretty lack luster and they clearly favor the Adept class, but it's still fun to drop into and not get slaughtered by people who don't have jobs. Quick, non-spoiler hint: get your war assets above 6,000 before the final assault.

I love the part where he's all, "I need some chapstick! Gosh!"

A fellow late-comer to WHAS. It's good to be in the club, no?

Got to the final mission in Mass Effect 3! And had to go to bed before I could finish. Bought The Hitman's Guide to Housecleaning on sale for Kindle. I dig the brisk pace and brutal witticisms. Played Crooked Finger's Breaks in the Armor at home and Watch the Throne at the gym.

I've been asked how I can sit through Eraserhead or Blue Velvet by those horrified at their grotesqueness, and those same people change the channel and sit through episodes of the CBS cop line up.

Darren Aronofsky is undoubtedly talented, but I don't think I'll ever sit through Requiem for a Dream or Pi again. And Black Swan? I'm just gonna pass.

I wish I knew teens like this.

Can you guys go on a spring break mini-tour? My cousin has a screen printing set-up in his apartment and can get you guys some merch real quick.

I was desperate for store credit and had tired of the album. It went in a stack of stuff I was ready to be done with. And the "few nickels" I got for it were worth it since I didn't listen to it anymore. I believe this process is referred to as "collection pruning."

I'm starting a band called Kabuki Cheerleader. Try outs after school in the Unitarian Church modulars. No posers.

I sold off my copy of Chutes a long time ago. Still got Inverted and Wincing.

My favorite part of this line up is pretending Richard Swift is Richard Ayoade. And "Simple Man" is catchy.

As did I.

@stevenhyden:disqus,
You certainly touch on a concern about the characters that I've felt for some time, yet I still manage to love them just the same. I think Britta has really been fleshed out in an authentic way, and maybe that's due to Harmon identifying most closely with her in interviews (if I remember correctly,

I'm 14 hours in, so I'm avoiding the comments section after posting this, but Gus's thoughts are largely the same to what I've thought as I've played through. This scratches the action/sci-fi itch in a big, big way.

It certainly seems that way, though you could go with Amazon or iTunes.
