Carpenter film scores
Are always really good. I would propose starting a cover band to play all of them.

Such a silly/crappy movie with such a classy cast.

Sneakers 2: Still Sneakin
LeBeouf tapped to take over the River Phoenix role.

Lucille
Such a throwaway line, but "How do you like those eggrolls, Mr. Goldstone?" cracks me up. Her delivery is so funny.

Frat boys don't read RE/Search

Oh, Swimming Pool is really good!

Yeah, but all of his albums are awesome.

Nah, it's more like a Cold Cave album.

Nice
Genesis is great. Those Tony Conrad duo's are really good.

Jesse & The Kid!

Well, I can see my mistake then, two people who aren't comedians telling a lame joke and all this time it was a comedy podcast.

When did the BS Report become a comedy podcast?

I'm a huge SPY fan because of just Dave and Graham. I don't really care who their guests are, it's generally pretty fun and really laid back.
I really liked the Alison Agosti episode too. She and Dave are really funny together in this "we're friends, but annoy the crap out of each other" way.

I did the same thing Furious, and just stopped subscribing all together. I don't really follow sports that closely except for basketball (so maybe I'll pick him up again if there's a season).
If you don't want to call it sexist, how about just calling it stupid?

It will never capture the nuance of the video game.

His podcast can be okay, but his sketches go on for far too long.

Nope.

Wow, can you ban ^this crap?

One of my first movies my parents took me too was Blow Out, the DePalma film.
And they wondered why I had nightmares for a week.

Raymond Queneau
Anyone else ever read the book? I did in college on a class in OuLiPo. The review was right about the wordplay. I don't remember too much about the book, but my impression at the time we saw the film in class, was that most of the wordplay seemed taken out (for good reasons, it would have lost a lot)
