Yes, exactly! LOL - with Batman Begins I just had the strangest feeling of "I…I just don't care". It was a strange feeling because I THOUGHT I cared, then realized I just didn't.
Aaah ok. Of course.
OK um…uh…I thought Alicia was in Batman & Robin, and the Riddler was in Batman Forever (and ever and ever and ever). Maybe that's part of the reason for your confusion?
Just maybe, though.
Yes - the montage of them suiting up for the first time included "bat butt".
I didn't like Tim Burton's Batman the first time I saw it, and don't ever need to see it again. Batman Returns, however, is one of my favorite movies - mess that it is.
Eat Drink Man Woman was full of food porn shots, of course, but they were in the service of a terrific movie.
Yes but somehow that gave the thrill of being replied to a bit if an illicit quality. Or maybe I'm just sad? Maybe WE'RE just sad.
Psst, hey - you think they know down there that's a real thing? They think they're writing imaginary episodes of Family Guy .
Oh yeah, I learnt that at Salon Tabletalk . Then I forgot it when that forum went away.
Tortilla Soup was pretty sucky, as I recall. I thought.
I think "I hate spunk!" is probably the most-remembered moment from the pilot. I do recall the caboose comment though lol.
The first thing I thought when I read this article is how the pilot for Mary Tyler Moore had to be re-shot, because the first time it didn't work at all - partly because the a/c in the studio was on the fritz. Mary was very unhappy, the pilot was re-shot, and of course you know…the rest of the story.
Aw you beat me to it.
The Incredible Hulk was so good…I still pull out my DVD of the pilot TV Movie once in awhile.
10! More than it should have, probably. But it had its good episodes, as well as many bad ones, and when it was bad it was really really bad…but when it was good it could be pretty darn great.
Oh…he did. With jets, and casinos, and clubs, and everything. But instead of dividing it among his daughters, aaaaah. I'm not going anywhere with this.
Well, not anymore.
"If I Could Only Fly" was the last album of his I bought. I really loved it, but he sounded so old and weak on some tracks I felt like not keeping up with him anymore.
Actually, I've been a fan since I wore out our "Let Me Tell You About A Song" LP in the early 70s, and I agree he's always had a dour streak.
