"I'm Not Crying" makes me - uh - cry. A little tiny bit.

I do believe Goldie Hawn won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for "Cactus Flower".
I've missed this show
I haven't been able to watch it for quite a long time. I'd read here and there that it'd been evolving and tonight - - some good solid laughs within the first five minutes, then just pretty much awesomeness after that.
Dinah Washington's "What A Difference A Day Made"
@ Keith Phipps
"What A Difference A Day Makes", rather than "Made". There's a difference!
"Stephen" King - sometimes spelling doesn't matter, I think in this case it does.
"Carrie" the musical
Just in case anyone assumes this is made-up…it sure isn't.
@my year of fops
Really? I'll take it!
I hadn't seen it
I saw it on tv within the last year or so. I'd seen Godfather Part II about 20 years ago and wasn't that crazy about it.
"The Godfather" was one of the best movies I've ever seen, and I really think one of the best movies ever made. I don't mind that it took me so long to see it, because it was…
SORRY!!!
I liked Shadows and Fog, but I don't think it's even crossed my mind since I saw it when it was new.
I agree that his early, "funny" movies before Love and Death weren't very good. Love and Death was pretty hilarious
My grandfather collected dolls for awhile. He and my grandmother lived entirely on the first floor of their house, but kept the two bedrooms upstairs for guests. He displayed his doll collection in one of those bedrooms…brrrr, that whole upstairs was creepy…
It's fucking something, all right.
Honestly, right up til he died in his late 70s I think he stayed as handsome as ever. He never looked other than the age he was, either - I literally can't imagine anyone else of whom that could be said.
Except George Clooney.
"Dollywood", not "Dollyworld". But one's as good as the other, really.
I know it works biologically - it just is unlikely that Elizabeth would have a daughter THAT young, but maybe not, and that's fine, I'm looking forward to the movie (in inverse proportion to how I'm not looking forward to the new Wonder Woman show)
Thanks! I was inspired (no kidding) by hearing Jimi Hendrix singing "All Along The Watchtower" - he sounded just like Pete the Puma.
I kind of see her more as David also…though combining David and Carolyn into one character isn't a bad idea at all. David could be pretty evil - I can see Chloe trying to kill her parents.
I really like her
But…she'll be playing Michelle Pfeiffer's daughter…that doesn't seem right. Though the Carolyn on the original show wasn't much older, I guess.
Damnit!!
I was so hoping she'd be playing David Collins, the disturbed son.
Lois Lane is older
I think Lois has always been older than Clark, going back to the comics. Margo Kidder was older, the character in Smallville is older too - the tension between his (somewhat pretended) naivete and her more hard-boiled worldliness is part of the fun. I think.
