Yeah, it's pretty solid. I actually ended up liking Klepper more after I heard him on the podcast. He seems really enthusiastic and earnest, and not as big of a doofus/douche as he does on TV.

All those kids look the same. The first and last guy are the curly haired outcasts. While the others are all the same guy in different clothes and poses.

That's a possibility. But Stewart guided Colbert into stardom. I think he has to be there on that fateful day.

The correspondents are doing pretty well. I'm liking Jordan Klepper more too. I like Al Madrigal cause he's my Hispanic brethren and the guest correspondents are pretty hit and miss. I do miss Aasif Mandvi though. He has the best news-yelling voice around.

Odds on Jon Stewart being the final guest? I don't think there would be anyone else who should be over him.

I've been lurking here for ages, but only made an account this year. It feels great to be part of this community a bit more than when I was a lurker. At this rate, it would take me 50 years to get to 10,000 comments. Great job though!

For sure. I won't have much news, but hope you will!

NICE! I just got a job with community development and college readiness in Boston. I'm pumped as well. I'm not starting till the Monday after next though.

What the hell were they doing on national TV last year? It doesn't matter how good or bad the Lakers are, people watch em.

I thought you were being sarcastic at first, but then I looked up how much Need for Speed made. $202 million worldwide on a $66 million budget. Not bad at all.

Can I get 50 quesadillas and 50 tacos instead? Or just melt cheese in the tacos and I'll be ok.

I don't feel like you're undervaluing them. I just wanted to interject with Spurs facts. I feel like most Spurs fans/homers think that the Spurs are undervalued by the media/general public, but after 2014, I don't care about it as much. You are right about the Giants though. After last night, they might just match the

I gotta stick up for the NBA here. Players are hurt so often in the NBA, that if you have one starter that's greatly hurt, your season goes down the toilet (See the Pacers this year without Paul George). Big cities can attract big names, but small-market teams have shown that good management and coaching can go a long

Sorry, but as an unabashed Spurs homer, I have to say that the Spurs DID win 3 titles in 5 years. 2003, 2005 and 2007. They also have one in 1999 and 2014. I think you're referring to the overall percentage through the Duncan era, 5 in 15 years, which would then make your statement true. Sorry for the post, I just had

Big teeth? Check. A white mane of hair? Check. Balls needed for Super Bowl wins and Helicoptering? Check.

I think nowadays, all of the four major sports in the US have become more cerebral and have gone towards analytics and data. Just look at the NBA. The Spurs won last year. They weren't the most athletic, but they were smart and knew that in order to beat Miami's trapping defense, they had to pass the ball a lot.

The NFL secretly loved all that off-season drama. They had the nation talking about the NFL the entire year. It's insane. I hate watching football but I still follow the scores. Stupid me

I think it could be done with baseball. Show close 9th innings and extra inning games. Basketball and hockey would be tough since they're more fast-paced.

Serious question: how the hell do you play online with a friend? I've added nearly everybody on the list, but haven't played anyone yet. I click on people, but nothing happens. I just wanna Smash

If you guys have an hour and a half to spare, you should listen to her talk with the Champs podcast. She talks about her rough upbringing (literally lived in a abandoned diner for a few years as a kid), they way her career was started (and stopped) by Carlos Mencia and other stuff. She's a delight.
