Yep. We started it in L.A. during the TCA tour, and then at the end of our allotted 20 minutes, I asked if he'd be agreeable to talk a bit more by phone. Once we reconnected, I think we ended up going for another 45 minutes.

I take your point, but I'm in the same camp as the others. It may have been a little over the top for him to sit there and clarify the reasons for his pick, but it seemed very in character for him to just blurt out an answer without considering its ramifications
