I don't get why this gets a B+. "Starts strong and gets better" seems like an A to me.

The Final Cut is my favorite Pink Floyd record.  Best?  No - that's pretty much any other record before it.  But it's my favorite, because it's so singular and damaged and insane.  I can listen to it over and over.

I find it interesting that everyone talks about their Springsteen influence, but doesn't mention the subtle new thing: starting with The Rising, Springsteen became far more comfortable singing from female points of view.  Fallon does it with ease here in "Here Comes My Man" and (maybe) "Mulholland Drive."  It's

Every single time.  I'm waiting to hear what emerges like that from Handwritten.  At one point, "Here Comes My Man" gave me chills, but I want to see if it's every time.

Getting Louie in the water definitely attracted the gay bear community. Ginger, wet, and shirtless.  Best thing ever.

More recently, they've gotten smart writers and great artists.  The Life With Archie series is one of the best comics on the market right now - and this coming from a guy who loves superhero and indie stuff.  On the whole, the writing has been terrific in the last 3-4 years.

You're right.  It's "fursona."  Dur.

I loved this series a whole lot.  I have always liked REM but they've never been my absolute favorites.  I recently got their best-of and, despite your saying that “Alligator_Aviator_Autopilot_Antimatter" is "utterly forgettable," it's the song that made me love REM.

EAGLETON!

I like the April/Andy story a lot, actually, because it showed two things very clearly: one, April is, for the first time, concerned that she screwed up at her job.  Like actually worried about it.  Think about April this time last year, when she barely WANTED a job.

Not QUITE as black as space, though.

I just want to state for the record that WeirdMagneticRay is either lying or was lied to about his so-called "facts."  I'm baffled by the amount of what he's gotten wrong here.
