I think the word used was "saboteur" but I always thought the implication was pretty clear. The Dominion used a similar baiting tactic in The Die is Cast, and the writers' attempted misdirect - that maybe Bashir was the absolutely-not-a-Changeling saboteur - was weaksauce. It
