I guess they didn't put Giant Days on this list because it was already on last year's list. It's definitely one of my current favorites out there.

Probably, yes? I still don't see how it's relevant for a list of the best comic books of the year though.
It only had two issues this year so far, and the list seems to be about newer titles only.
There is no lesser Franco. They're equals now.
Max Landis is a douchebag, yes, but American Alien really is surprisingly enjoyable.
I think it had always been planned as a six-issues-miniseries.
I love Sex Criminals, but I can't put it on my Best Of 2016-list with only two issues this year.
This seems like a gimmick that no one will find tiring at all.
Eh, I find it unfair to compare everything with the Punisher-crossover. That one was lightning in a bottle. There's a lot of fun to be had with Archie vs. Predator which, while violent and bloody, at least felt true to the characters, and gave Betty and Veronica the chance to shine.
The Archie meets Sharknado one-shot,…
Archie Comics completely reinvented itself after the surprise success of Afterlife With Archie. They now have two of the best horror titles on the market - Afterlife & Sabrina - as well as two of the best current teen comics with their Archie- and Jughead-titles. Plus, they just started a Kevin Keller-series, Life…
Seriously, why not? TV is basically books, right?
Jughead is really good. I just want to add that most of the day dreams the series uses are not merely modern pop culture riffs, but actually callbacks to earlier, existing Archie properties like Time Police or R.I.V.E.R.D.A.L.E. I think only the Game of Thrones-parody and the pirates dream were invented for this…
It's not as good as Archie or Jughead, but I enjoyed Betty & Veronica about as much as Life With Kevin. The writing is acceptable and the art is great.
Yes, I hate that form of criticism as well. The dialogue in Bett & Veronica is perfectly fine, and not too different from the type of dialogue in the other current Archie-comics.
Yes, they sure did forget to mention a TV show in their list of the best comic books of the year.
I loved Huck for about two or three issues, then it explained his backstory and a lot of people were killed and I remembered that it was a Millar comic.
There's a new Joachim Trier out there? Dammit, I have to watch that! Thanks for mentioning it.
I only saw the Extended Edition and had a lot of questions afterwards. Then I read what had been cut for the theatrical release and figured it must have been just incomprehensible.
The handling of Barb's disappearance really angered me.
The Americans or Halt And Catch Fire are Set In The 1980s, Stranger Things is Set In An 80s Movie.
