YouTube.

What is it with Emil Jannings and lost films? The Patriot is also lost, and it was a Best Picture-nominee.

Ah, yes, that was the word I was looking for.

Wow, both Around The World In 80 Days and The Greatest Show On Earth? Netflix really went all out there with the Best Picture winners.

It's funny how Sunrise and Wings both won top honors that night and now only Wings get named as the first Oscar winner just because they got rid of the category "Unique and Artistic Production" after the first ceremony.

And if there are two fuckups like Elektra and Catwoman, no woman will be allowed to headline a superhero movie for a decade.

But what about fire? Good? Bad?

My Top Three Frasier Episodes:

I liked this piece more than those for Brooklyn and Fury Road, but I still wish these FOCs were more like those for Big Short and Revenant and went deeper into outstanding aspects of the actual filmmaking. Someone already linked to the Brooklyn-costume design-article I wanted a few days back (see here: http://fashionis

I'm really not a fan of Diane Krüger, so I was okay with that.

That's because you haven't seen that one, I guess.
And for what it's worth, I think she also did a fantastic job in A Most Wanted Man where she quite frankly is a lot more believable as a German than Philip Seymour Hoffman.

I don't know if it's really her best part in ages. I mean, yes, she gets a lot of award recognition for it, but in In Time she got to have sex with Domhnall Gleeson.

I've seen Rumor Has It (which is middling at best), The Bucket List (which I hate, but others love), and Flipped (which I liked and found charming, but The AV Club hated it).

What the hell? How was that bragging? I was simply stating a fact. I haven't watched some movies, where do I brag about that?

Donald Trump is the Hulk?

Such a good batch of episodes. Nothing beats Ham Radio which is just sublime and always makes me laugh no matter how often I see it. I'm usuakky not that keen on the old Director-from-Hell trope (another Inventory subject), but the end result here is just so much fun.

Huge Reiner slam out of nowhere. Reiner has directed enough great movies that he's allowed to only make farting-boner-corpse movies for the rest of his life if he wants to.

I still don't see what's bad about that. I'd watch Matt Damon's travel show.

Peter Fonda was in Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?

Nothing beats the transformation of Jonathan Lipnicki.
