The way you wrote it seemed like you found it strange to specifically group Dawkins in with Maher and Phelps, as though comparing Maher and Phelps was a more widely accepted analogy.

He blames Islam as specifically being the problem, moreso than any other religion, without context for the sociopolitical climate of the Islamic states, with the sort of expectation that peaceful Muslims have to go around constantly declaring they don't support terrorism every time there's a terrorist attack.
