I assume everyone's familiar with the "Stevie Wonder is not really blind" conspiracy theory?

MINOR SPOILER FOR THE REST OF SEASON 4 THAT I JUST NOTICED ON REWATCH

"Is Dean Michaels still a dick? Yeah, that fucking guy. Always concerned about the practical realities of keeping the school running, and of making it a good school, and not just a playground for me to follow all my sickest impulses."

I'm gonna open my own casino! With twinks! And blackjack! In fact, forget the blackjack! And forget the casino!

He changed his name to "Rian" to distance himself from his a.t.s. opinions.

No kidding. He's like the alumnus who still hangs out at the frat house telling stories of his glory days. And at first you think he's cool, but then you realize he's kind of a loser who can't move on.

Yeah, I'm just being a smartass (and, if it weren't obvious, I disagree).

I just watched that the other night! Since FXNOW has a Roku channel, I've been making an occasional habit of hitting the "play random episode" feature on the Simpsons, then just trying again if I don't get a Golden Years episode. Which of course is like 2/3 of the time.

It's such a funny episode it makes me laugh. Ack. Htch. Hgh. …Well, you all know what laughter sounds like.

It would have been lazy if they dragged it out. It's so blink-and-you'll-miss-it that I think it's fine and funny.

I still can't believe those idiots decided to move from snpp.com to simpsonsarchive.com after all this time, and didn't even bother to keep the old domain as a redirect.

Yeah, if Fukunaga had just filmed those guys standing around doing nothing and saying nothing, it would have been much better.

Well, if I'm gonna bring it up, it seems only right to go find the link and post it:

Dale's phone call is possibly my favorite moment in the whole series, particularly impressive given it happens in the second episode. Not sure what my other contenders would be, but most of them are probably from "A Beer Can Named Desire."

Yeah, I felt the same way. I think it's just a much more polarizing show, because it's far more original and unique. Fargo is the kind of show where goodwill for the source material means almost no one has a strongly negative reaction to it.

Nice, I'm glad True Detective finally won something. I can understand not being able to beat out Breaking Bad at the Emmys, but Fargo beating it for Miniseries AND Acting at the Golden Globes was ridiculous.

Aw, man, that reminds me, I don't think we've seen Woodhouse yet on this season of Archer. Hope his health is okay (for a man in his nineties).

If you want cynical, you should read Grantland's feature on O'Donoghue from last year. Basically calls him out for rebel posturing while insisting Saturday Night Live sucked and had sold out, instead of, you know, moving on to work somewhere that hadn't.

It does seem very NBC to have the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary special on a Sunday.

I've enjoyed Mulaney the show much more than, apparently, anyone who wasn't employed by the show. You're right about Nasim Pedrad, though; she deserves a vehicle suited to her talents.
