"Hook" might not be John Williams' most effective Spielberg score (that would be "E.T."), but listened to on its own, it's one of the best things JW has ever done - period.

I also enjoyed "Drinking Buddies", but my kids thought it was the worst "Buddies" movie yet.  They're still partial to "Space Buddies" because it had cool special effects.

Any WWOR (Secaucus) viewers here notice that syndicated episodes of The Simpsons are being shown widescreen, and not in their original aspect ratio?

I think we all knew that at some point, inevitably, Michael Nesmith would become the leader of the group.

True.  Except he's from an upscale neighbourhood, which could not, in any respects, be considered "the bottom."

The scorn for Collins came from his ubiquity in the 1980s.   If you were listening to the radio during that decade, you would have heard him all the time:  Genesis albums (4), solo albums (4), stuff with Frida, Philip Bailey, Howard Jones, you.

If you live in Toronto, "Started from the Bottom" is some epic trolling.

CityPulse in the early-1980s.   Am I right, Gord and Dini fans?

To her credit, the ex-wife is also a newspaper columnist who, to the best of my knowledge, has not responded to his WTF interview in print.

What does Steven Seagal have to do to appear in one of these?

How about a road trip movie where they actually travel along an Interstate - period.

This is the second movie this year with Will Forte in a dramatic role.

It's weird how "Avatar" is the most successful movie of all time and yet somehow was never a phenomenon.   Everyone saw it, then it went away, and nobody cared.   If you lived through the first Star Wars trilogy, E.T., Forrest Gump, The Lion King, Batman (1989), Titanic or Jurassic Park, the just seemed like much more

Good night and thank you, Migaldi…
