Those Fibrox are superb for the price. I actually like their boning knives better than more expensive ones cuz grip stays grippy even when full of fat/grease/schmoo. That and you can be kinda mean to them (e.g. forcing through bone) and not worry about ruining a spendy blade.

Global Knives are made of stainless (a special Chromium, Molybdenum, Vanadium alloy) and keep an edge like a mofo. I use the hell out of mine and only have to put them on the stone a couple times a year.
