Since every poster seems to be too young to have even seen them, I guess I'll have to be the old guy who invokes both Charles Rocket and the all-time worst (yes, worse than Colin Quinn) - Brad Hall (otherwise known as Mr. Julia Louis-Dreyfus). He was fucking terrible. He was so enthusiastic about the gig - and it

dar! what i meant to say was that the art direction is beautiful but seems so lifeless and "theatrical". cut and paste my enemy you are.

"no" and "crushed" are absolutely dead-on. this is one of those shows that everyone wants to be good but it just isn't. the beautiful art direction and the cliched, often wooden acting just ruin it.

Sigh
All those potential first downs and first place trophies. Sadly, we'll never know…

Kiernan Shipka
I was blown away by her performance. She was channeling Betty the whole episode and absolutely nailed some of her mannerisms during that gut-wrenching tantrum.

The Marriage Ref is like having your faced rub in a pile of puppy shit

Getting closer…
…to bailing on this show. It's just getting fucking ridiculous. It's like a goddamned telenovela at this point.

The fault lies with Michaels. The writers and actors are very funny and talented people (mostly) who are stuck in an impossible situation. He's a 65-year-old man making 99.9% of the creative decisions on a comedy show designed to appeal to 12-25 year-olds. He's married to an antiquated, cumbersome, stress-inducing
