There is the issue of recent anti-immigration sentiments in France. This being the kind of thing that furthers that. And I would like to add that it seems Charlie Hebdo fired one of the writers for an anti-semitic cartoon, so free speech should not really be attributed to them.

I never said he did. I was saying that none of this has to do with freedom of speech. It is just an excuse to want to kill Muslims. There was no state censure. So who else is this aimed towards?

…You are probably serious, unfortunately. No time and not my heroes. This "freedom of speech" movement is fueled by bigotry.

Actually a decent episode for relationship development between Bart and Homer. But they ruined it with that Islamophobic support at the end. I think I am just done with the show now. The Family Guy crossover did most of the work.

I am honestly not sure if The Search can be called canon. They messed up a lot of things for it.

Oh, I figured you did, seventy years for the show settings btw. Aang just died sooner than other Avatars because he lost a hundred years in an iceberg. I am not sure if the writers could handle this large of a time gap, they would be more advanced than us.

I was just about to address that as well. It would have completely ruined my immersion for the finale if they did that. It is not something exclusive to kid shows, but monarchies are never a good alternative when others exist, yet it is forgotten when one member of the line vindicates themselves.

It would probably be set over a hundred years into the future, even two hundred years is possible. Avatars have long lifespans. So the world/technology be even more changed with the next Avatar.

Disappointing to learn that Bob's restaurant has not improved its business since the contest.

I literally cringed every second that Pewdiepie was on the screen.

I wish just once that one of these hosts would ask Obama the things they bring up on their show, like his drones murdering children. And in case any liberals think I am Republican for not liking Obama, I am a radical leftist.

The Air Nomads could become a force to prevent imperialism.

Learning more about how she became the leader of the Metal Clan might clear it up, but I think she is aiding the bandits, like the review says. Some of them at least so that they become enough of a problem to rejoin the Earth Kingdom. The bandits that attacked Kai and Opal seemed a little too prepared.

I actually predicted that Korra was going to change her hairstyle and be a stranger in the Earth Kingdom! XD I really have to wonder why the rest of the world is supporting the Earth Kingdom monarchy, independent city-states would be a much better route. What good has resulted from that monarchy, honestly? The

Judging from the comments on here it is a good thing I stopped watching the show. I got sick of how Mitch and Cam seem to only exist on the show for easy gay jokes, the fact that rarely ever kiss is proof of that. Gloria being constantly objectified and causing every other woman on the planet to feel intimidated

Safe to assume all historical accuracy will be thrown out?

That was I did this summer, too! That show really kind of ruins the Federation tbh.

Actually, I automatically assumed that he was dead. Good possibility to know.

Oh I know they are doing that. These villains seemed interesting though so it was a shame to not know much about them past their name and ideology.

These two episodes impressed me in so many ways. How the plot was completed almost perfectly (some background on the Red Lotus would have been nice), the excellently choreographed fight scenes, no deus ex machinas, and a very, very depressing ending for Korra.
