The choice is between one of, if not THE, quintessential sitcom ensembles or one of, if not THE quintessential sitcom duos. It's a very tough choice, but both Cheers and Frasier are incredible programs.

I'd argue that How I Met Your Mother does comedic and dramatic moments strongly as well. Moreso dramatic as of late, but it's easily the best multi-cam sitcom still on in that department.
