GREAT book.  Deserves the highest possible recommendation.  Just fascinating.  Entertaining and terrifying, to say the least.

As great as the first processing scene in The Master is, my favorite scene in that film by far is the jail scene.  That's the scene of the year.

Wow.  Saying or even implying that Gremlins 2 comes close to this all-time classic, let alone that it's actually better, is a crime that should be punishable by a Gremlin-filled Christmas.

Adult movie theaters still exist?

I agree with all of these choices, especially Aliens, ET, and Apocalypse Now (although those scenes would at least have been interesting to see on a DVD).  Big omission: The Exorcist!  I can't stand the fact that the so-called "director's cut" is the only version available on TV.  The spider-walk scene is interesting

Marcus, Avril is 27.  You could legitimately be dating.

The show might be on its last legs but you can't tell me that the presence of "The Unit" wasn't fucking hilarious.

One of my favorite movies of all-time. I watch it every Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.  Pretty dark film in a lot of ways, although with a much-earned happy ending.  Jimmy Stewart is fantastic.
