When I left the theater I said "I can't believe they killed Data" and pissed off a lot of people in line. I like to think I ruined the movie for people.

You can only write so much for them.  They need some kind of humanity to add an extra layer of story capability.  If they required any humanity I would like to have seen Hugh come out as the Borg King/Queen and have the TNG crew deal with that incredible fuck up.

I've been burning through DS9 and I'm tempted to start cutting the awesomeness with Voyager.
