If I had any influence, I would have them ramp up work on Ms. Marvel and then on Squirrel Girl before trying to launch Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel just seems kind of boring and kind of unoriginal. I wouldn't mind She-Hulk if they focused on the funny lawyer/Awesome Andy storyline.
