I can't wait until the inevitable bathing suit malfunction when Extra gets to report about some wannabe actor we've never heard of showing us what ELSE is under his belt.

I finally got to show Looper, and I was disappointed with my low numbers. (Although, science fiction + R-rated always = lower numbers for me.) And I loved it as much as they seemed to. I always makes me happy when people linger in the lobby to talk about the movie rather than just rushing out. Otherwise, I introduced…

I showed it and sat in to watch it and got so bored I got up to see if I needed to, like, restock toilet paper or something. So what I'm saying is, I don't mind.

Last year I dressed up all weekend at the theatre: the most kick-ass Day of the Dead face that made me completely unrecognizable. But it was a lot of work. This year, I think I'm gonna leave the costumes to my kids.

I love George Michael songs without irony. It's okay. There is no shame here.

I showed Trouble With the Curve, which I didn't care for but my audiences loved. It actually did really well for me. The best part for me was the music I played before it, which means I have a nice Bob Dylan song in my head this morning. It also really made me look forward to Looper, which I'm showing this weekend.
