I felt a modicum of pity for Melania until that lawsuit transcript appeared. Not so much anymore.

Roger Stone is apparently pushing the theory that Jared is behind the WH leaks (to MSNBC? Wha?). Leaving aside the enjoyment of watching the two WH teams tear each other apart, it's like: Ivanka and Jared were behind those stories about how they're the only two decent people next to Trump? I lit'rally can't believe it.
ELECTRA COMPLEX: *cough*
England's apparently about to declare war on them, so…
at some point while he was flying over Iraq
Oh good, the "inspiring" argument. I can't actually think of anything more lame, selfish, and utterly fucking stupid than to choose who to vote for by how much they make you feel like you're in a movie. By any sane metric Clinton was a better candidate than Trump. For those of us not in America, we don't give a shit…
Hey, it not being his purview isn't stopping Sessions from weighing in on immigration, what's to stop DeVos from doing the same? Up is down, black is white, dogs and cats living together…
What's wrong with everybody?
You thanked Hitler.
I never!
You thanked Hitler!
Why would I thank Hitler?
Hmm, why would you thank Hitler…I don't know!
I can't believe I thanked Hitler!
That… actually should be a thing that happens. Not on this show, but for charity or something. He can bring his new dog!
They aren't responsible for those who voted for Trump, no. If they lived in red states where a vote for Hillary could have made a difference, they do bear some responsibility for him being elected, though.
Well, now everyone in my office knows I'm not working, as I just snorted water all over my desk.
The time I'm thinking of, she did. This was in 2008, when someone asked her how she felt about coming off as unlikeable (or words to that effect). She teared up and said that of course it hurt her feelings. And people shat all over her for it.
Well, she did say it in the (first?) debate with Trump, but by then it was too late. I agree that it's really unfortunate that her initial instinct is *always* to go on the attack, because the only people who find that endearing are alpha male types and even they don't usually like it in women. On the other hand,…
Unfortunately, that's the Susan Sarandon argument. "Look how great it is that everyone's mobilized!"
What does what you just said have to do with what I said? Lots of white women clearly didn't like Clinton. The ones who also didn't like Trump stayed home on election day or voted third party, but a bunch of them (probably) were part of the women's march. Some of the women of colour who were also part of the women's…
None of the white women present had voted for him, but I'll bet there were more than a few who didn't vote at all, or voted third party. In the red states those votes could have made a difference.
There may also be a mea culpa in there somewhere too - not that Fey voted for Trump, but just in the sense that not enough was done by white women before the election. The weekend of the Women's March, there was a lot of "Where the hell have you been?" directed at white women from women of colour, and rightly so.
Mid-to-upper class straight white women beyond childbearing age, perhaps.
In case you hadn't noticed - and judging by the attendance, you haven't - the Indians have managed to win a few here and there, and are threatening to climb out of the cellar.
I think Julie Kavner says the same about Mrs Bouvier, if I'm not mistaken.
