When I heard that they were gonna add Pete Davidson to the line-up, I immediately youtubed some clips of him and was instantly impressed. And man, he was just so good in this first episode, too. He's like Taran Killam and Kyle Mooney to me. They all have different sort of vibes, but what they have in common is that

Oh, almost forgot: I read B. J. Novak's One More Thing (Stories and Other Stories). It was the most hilarious book I've ever read, honestly. I genuinely laughed out loud and just marveled at his wit so many times. The stories about the translator J. C. Audetat, the Best Thing Awards and the Kellogg's prize winner (to

I caught up with Arrow over this weekend and watched the episodes 17 through 23 of season 2. It was amazing. Some people might question my loyalty for the show for not keeping up with it on time, but this was just my way of honoring it. I had other things on my mind for six months, but I knew the time would come when

I want to watch that soon! I happened to watch Moonrise Kingdom this weekend, which was very enjoyable, but I couldn't get fully on board with it because I didn't find the main characters (the kids) likeable. I really really liked Rushmore and Royal Tenenbaums too, but I didn't LOVE them for the same reason. The Grand

I'm four months late to the party, but I need to get this off my chest:

Yep, a comedian named Colin Jost.

He's awesome in the digital shorts (like the Black History month and the H&M one) but I feel like he hardly ever gets to shine in the live sketches. I can't remember a single character he has done this season. I don't know, I feel like he could be in more things.

What's even scarier than having everyone agree with Sims is agreeing with Sims when most of the other people are of a different opinion.

I know right? He was amazing. Future Oscar winner right there, if his dedication at a young age is anything to go by. Or I don't know, maybe this was his peak and it's all downhill from here.

What an awesome episode.

Obviously Marissa was the worst character in the O.C., but out of respect for dear Ryan Atwood, I could never feel happy about her untimely departure.

It was a pretty entertaining episode. The Weekend Update hasn't made me laugh this much since Jebediah, and Kate and Kenan totally nailed their characters. Jonah was sweet and competent, but it was a bit annoying how most of the sketches required him to yell.

Wasn't my favorite episode either, but Slade had such a classic scene. I've never rooted for a killer this bad before.

Your taste in media is going through a Benjamin Button -like evolution where you'll ultimately prefer to just… Nah, none of that made sense, I honestly do not know. "You weird", is my best guess. My friendly advice is, watch the episode, you'll love it!

I just realized that a great indicator of how much you enjoyed an episode is how long you end up reading the comments of the episode's recap, at least if you're into online message boards at all. This was definitely my favorite episode in a while and I read through almost all the comments, just to read back on some of

Same here! I was chanting it in my head during that scene but turns out it wasn't time yet. I wasn't disappointed, though, since there was plenty of scenes to aww at already.

Huh. Fascinating stuff.

I agree with your opinions on the slumber party sketch (it had fun aspects, but mostly it was indeed icky) and the insensitivity in the Rahat sketch, but I remember loving the Girls sketch. I feel like there the character's foreignness was supposed to highlight the narrow-mindedness of the girls, because they really

What I don’t like about down voting is that it’s done anonymously. I upvoted Black Stallion’s comment because I genuinely liked the girl's voice and now I feel awkward about having you think that maybe I was one of the people who voted you down. It really wasn't me, though.

I noticed that too!
