I agree about the slower pace. I was much more interested in the murder case this time. I also liked how they introduced us to the body. The delivery guy's rapport with the dude sitting on the sidewalk was fun.

My apartment has the same vibe as the ones in the pictures, but as Sherlock was going through them, I was completely in his mindset, gasping at their horribleness. Then he said that line, and it was just perfect.
Expressing your hate for something as negatively and frequently as possible (whether it's Justin Bieber, Twilight or One Direction) is a really repelling quality in a person. While I don't wanna live in a world where we can't critique stuff we don't like, I will still never understand anyone who can get so…
Great crying, great anger, great display of sadness. I also liked how he kept glancing at Joel as if trying to find a way out and have him say that he wasn't held back after all.
Valid points. But there was a time when she was a lot weaker, too. I hated her back in her rebellious, car-wrecking days, and she's come a long way. Now I love her and respect her growth a lot. It's not the crying that makes her weak, though, but I do think you're right about the whining and her interaction with Ryan.…
This show is such a gem. I'm the sort of person who focuses on characters (and the actors' likeability and performance) instead of storylines, and me liking a show is determined by whether I like the characters and feel emotionally invested in their lives. Sometimes I think that Parenthood was produced in a factory…
Yeah, the family's storyline has been really interesting. Sydney and Victor did great in their scenes.
I was kinda put off by the actor first, cause I could only see him as Roy Anderson, but he turned into a really likeable guy soon enough. His friendship with Julia seems completely believable and I can see why she feels connected to him.
This show is just so good! I love how fearless the writers are and just continue to freak with our minds, and somehow still make the stories/characters at least semi-plausible.
I'm waiting for a "dream episode" where she could be kind of a superhero with her indestructible tablet that would maybe have lethally sharp edges or something so she could throw it and kill off bad guys. Oh, and throw in some Olivicity action there, too.
Excellent points! Schmidt has a lot of the negative qualities that Barney has, but he also brings some really awesome qualities to the mix. I love the insecurity/vulnerability that he has, like when he heard "Work Bitch" playing and he sooo wanted to be there with the other guys working out and busting some sweet…
Such a good episode! TV shows that are able to change your mood from tired/gloomy to delighted are the best. So many good jokes, a fun story, and the characters just keep getting more and more lovable.
Yeah, didn't find anything. It's not fool-proof, but still: A shout out to the person who invented IMDB, too!
It's a sign of great casting when the thought of other actors playing the main couple makes you gasp in horror. Beharie and Mison are just perfect in their roles! I thought this episode was exceptionally strong in both its comedic and dramatic moments.
I don't expect for anyone to agree on this, but I was horrified to see that the Princess didn't end up with the Prince in the movie Enchanted.
Yes, a thousand times yes. One of my most painful secrets is that I initially liked Chuck and Blair together (back in the first seasons), which in hindsight seems so unbelievably wrong, considering all the disgusting qualities that Chuck has. Then after Blair and Dan started interacting more I realized how…
Sorry for bringing dissent to the group here, but I was horrified to learn that Joe didn't end up with Laurie. I'm glad I didn't read the book or see the movie as kid cause I don't think I could have handled all that disappointment. My love for Christian Bale kinda makes matters worse, cause how could anyone choose…
I was shocked to see how much I liked seeing Jess come back, because I never shipped him and Rory before. But after seeing how he got his act together, I was totally rooting for them. They totally got together after Rory's campaign stint and lived happily ever after, if you ask me.
Not gonna lie, I would have found him so much more threatening if his name hadn't reminded me of that particular acronym.
Oh, it worked out well, at least for me. I've re-watched most of the seasons this year (some of the episodes I've seen more than two times), and it was some life-affirmingly good TV. It helps that my memory sucks and that my viewing pleasure doesn't depend on getting answers on the mythology of the show, though.
