At least when the Texans were on Hard Knocks, most of the team was somewhat likable … especially the coaches/Bill O'Brien.

Three touchdowns for Forte!?! He should change his name to Fortississimo.

Jiminy Jillickers!

15-19 years ago, that maybe would've brought out nerd rage. Chasing Amy has not aged well, though.

10+ years from now, he'll haunt public libraries (or any place that still has hard copies of movies), telling people "I had the titular line in Chasing Amy."

For fuck's sake, use the spoiler tags if you're going to repeat every single joke from this movie.

Rumble was my introduction to Jackie too, don't get me wrong. It was pretty much also my introduction to HK cinema, so it definitely holds a place in my heart.

Kiss of the Dragon?! Kiss my ass!!

Wait, they're gone now? So much wasted money …

Can anyone point me to a website listing Jackie's filmography that includes all the variant titles and availability of subtitled (non-dubbed) versions? I will settle for the former. Who sells the best DVD compilation?

I rewatched Rumble in the Bronx a few months ago on local TV, and it ventures into Tommy Wiseau terrority with some of the bad melodrama ("don't you know you're the scum of the earth!") and bonkers moments (mountains in NYC). The fact that there's legit action going on makes it genuinely entertaining.

Pretty much any of the first three Police Story films are a great starting point. If you can find a non-Dimension copy of the first one, I would recommend it. The original soundtrack is so much better.

You might say the extra ingredient is salt.

"Signing up for computer school" is the perfect euphemism for straight guys picking up T-girls.

SPOILER ALERT! We all face existential darkness alone.

Stupid sexy Lochte.

After the Conde Nast exec outing, it's hard for me to feel bad about Gawker's fate.
