I just finished the series when the movie rumors started. The Weta concept art was pretty cool, but ADVs handing of it was pretty amaturish. It was fun to follow  the imdb comments though: OMFG DANIEL RADCLIFFE SHOUD PLAY SHINJI AND THAT JAPANESE GURL FROM KILL BILL SHOULD PLAY REI FAP FAP FAP!!!
