I think it's like Shakespeare, the more adaptable your work is the more respect it gets.

Miller did everything right? Really?

For that matter, how many novels take three weeks to get through?

wolfmansRazor, that sounds like you made the right choice.

The Spirit remains awesome. Some of the NY stories have dated, but I think it could make a good movie.

Nice
More Bruce Campbell is always a good thing.

Same here, tragically.

I think the movie reads better if you just see it as Bale going increasingly unhinged and little (if any) of the violence being real.

Agreed, Spicoli.

They could easily have split each Book into sections. They'd get more movies out if it if it was a successful franchise (see also: Harry Potter) and it would've made a lot more sense in terms of trying to condense a season into a movie-length feature.

It's an amazing show. Humor, action, and more depth than a lot of adult shows. (Heroes should've taken notes on how to handle a superpowered cast.)

He wasn't cheating on Alison Brie, though— not as he saw it. He was panicking because he was about to get married.

"Nothing But Flowers" is so peppy.

Yeah, the UK Surf Mix is dreamy and sweet— except for the lyrics.

I think it's about as inexplicable a casting choice as Amy Adams.

Lorne is the best character on the show. No competition.

Buffy disappointed me more, so I like Angel better. I think if Buffy had ended with this season I'd put it on top.

Techumseh, yeah, I thought Blucas and Riley were good fits. I only really started disliking Riley when he pulled out the 'you don't need me enough' crap, which really didn't seem to fit his character.

I thought MT was good in other non-Buffy projects I've seen her in, so I'm giving her a pass.
