I made quiche from scratch last Friday. It took far too long—2 hours—mostly because I kept screwing up on putting too much water in the crust. I ended up using some sour cream in the crust as a cheat.

I threw some beans in the slow cooker on Monday with spices, onion, peppers. Now I have enough food for the rest of the week!

This is why it's insane for teachers not to have assistants. We put them in charge of 20-30 students, many of whom have crazy peeing schedules, and tell them they're supposed to keep track of it all and impart knowledge.
