I absolutely love this show, but I think we're gushing a little bit here.
Characters that are really coming into their own: Leslie Knope, April, Andy. Character that kicked ass from the very start: Ron Fucking Swanson.
Characters that need work: Ann, Tom, (Mark is leaving, doesn't matter)
