Scarecrow was an interesting movie for me growing up. I grew up liking Hackman and Pacino from my father. One day I came across this movie (tell you how old it was, it was on VHS in the old clamshell packaging) in the video store at the Pennsauken Mart while looking for a birthday gift for him. Two of his favorite

Typo, my ass.

Can't be Denzel, Holly needs to be a bland, boringly upright schnook. Maybe get Don Cheadle in nerdy mode as Martins and make Denzel into Lime, a nice little flip on their work together in Devil In A Blue Dress. I'd watch the fuck outta this movie, though.

Motherfucker's so cool, when he goes to sleep, sheep count him.

My original answer for this question was going to be Return of the Jedi, but I don't really want to see that remade, just retroactively made with a better director and Gary Kurtz back in the producer's chair.

Oh, that's a good one.

I think he's a better writer (or adapter, anyway) than director, but for me it's the simplicity he has, the unfussiness.of an old-school director. That's what I like, anyway.

Ha-ha, but for real. He can do unsentimental when necessary (The Mist), and he obviously gets King. As someone who admired the movie but loved the novel, I'd be down to see it.

Frank Darabont's The Shining. Yeah, I said that shit.

Finally, a Russian!

What, you guys think you hold the patent on black leather and assless chaps? Not if my grandmother has anything to say about it!

Fuck this shit.

I shouldn't be shocked by this, 4th season of a superhero show with declining ratings, but I think this was the first episode where I reeeeeally noticed the reduced budget.

"So far"?

Steve Martin's Penis Beauty Cream™. I just rub it in for a while and watch those wrinkles disappear!

At the time of the test, the guy was 33. Still a bit old to decide to become a cop, but not over the hill. Either way, the court set a dangerous precedent ruling in favor of that department.

Don't worry, I'm here to pick up where you Luftwaffe.

I get what you're saying, but the man was raised culturally as a Mexican. Just because he had guaranteed citizenship by birth doesn't disqualify his experience. He had to come here, learn the language, adjust to life in the U.S., etc.

In Friday, when Chris Tucker accidentally smokes angel dust. Also in Pulp Fiction when Mia snorts the heroin, but I guess that depends on your definition of "comedy". I laughed my ass off, but then I'm a sick bastard.

I'll always give another Sun compilation a shot.
