Bah
No later Metal Gear Solid entries? No Guitar Hero? (Fuck Rock Band, it doesn't count.) No MADDEN? Shit, the original Wii Sports pack had 10x the innovation and fun value of anything else on this list.

Como Promesa, Eres tu, Eres Tu?
Come on, you might as well just admit it was in your heads. It won't make you any less ironically detached, I promise.

Er, yeah… THE SHINING.

To my ear, he's got a weird, jagged way of talking that sounds very smooth at first; but as you go on reading or listening, you think, "This dude must have done a LOT of fucking drugs in the '70s."

Count me in on "Last Action Hero". Worth it just to see that "Terminator 2" mockup in the video store with Stallone's head on it.

Sam Cooke is an angel.
Gets me through even the shittiest days. And, if I'm being absolutely honest, Neil Diamond. That's right, goddamn it. And not even relatively cool-to-like late 60s or late 90s Diamond. No, we're talking sequin-shirted, "turn on your heartlight" fucking Neil Diamond.

The script for the game is pretty good. The controls, not so much. Plus, it's a PS One game, so it's really outdated by now.

Come, men, let us SALLY FO—

They Still Make Records?
My modern musical knowledge (roughly 1997 and up) is fairly poor. I recognized about 6 people on this list, and although I do listen to XPN, I think 95% of all indie bands suck a wet fart out of John Lennon's asshole..

Bruce Campbell, Christopher Walken and Bill Murray play three old globe-trotting treasure hunters. Hollywood, I take cash, checks, credit cards and/or bacon.

Tom Noonan FTW.

Let's see:

BOBBIE JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOE

…I read that Evil Dead was not getting sequelized, but being remade with possibly Ryan Reynolds in the lead. Then I read a direct interview with Sam Raimi himself which said that thy would remake it instead of shooting a direct sequel. Well before all of this, Bruce Campbell AND Raimi said that the Hail

In one of the DVD commentaries (for II, I think?), Campbell and Raimi seem to think that Ash could possibly be that stupid. Ever since then, I've watch the films in that light, and they're right, it's pretty funny.

Hey, man, I've never even SEEN these assholes before!

Look through the offerings they have. Some quality stuff, but naturally a lot of it is shit. I mean, "Eraser"? "10,000 B.C."? Come on.

After tackling a hot-button social issue:

Never watched an episode of her TV show, but I did hear her on her radio show quite often because I carpooled with a driver who loved it. I don't remember wishing that a radio station would catch on fire before that point, but it became a daily fantasy for me.

Robert Pattinson comes across as a reasonably pragmatic & witty person, if you ever read an interview or quote of his (impossible to avoid at this point, really, if you follow film news). Unlike most of the other twits in this movie, I wouldn't mind watching him in other roles.
