Yo Jessa, they're called student loans, bitch.

Late here, but finally got around to watching this last night. I woke up this morning and asked my wife (who was not watching) what she remembers about the Duke lacrosse scandal. She said, "You mean the one where they raped that girl?" The power of first impressions are compelling. The media runs this story into the

Jessa essentially ending her relationship with Hannah was telling with respect to her immaturity and self-destructive habits. All she had to do was confess to Hannah that she has developed serious feelings for Adam and wants to pursue them. She doesn't even need to ask permission, she just needs to communicate it and

Looking at him longingly, caressing him as he sleeps and realizing she cares so much about him that the awkward sex doesn't even matter? Yeah, really telling

Luckily for you - I am a lawyer! (Granted, in CA). When you "talk half" in a community property state that means half of everything earned during the marriage, with limitations for gifts and inheritance and things like trust distributions from a separate property trust. It obviously gets a lot more complicated, but

1. Was really hoping Frank would get a cyclist/spin class high and then become an obnoxious "Soul Cycle" addict;

1. Process servers generally don't know the contents of what they are serving, they just sign the proof that they did it;

I don't mean to be pedantic, but it was a process server - not a delivery man.

It's almost like it's written by Sinclair Lewis. You don't have to be high society to be a fucking asshole!

You should probably get around to checking out Breaking Bad at some point.

Nope! Miraculously made it through the war zone of my late teens and early twenties without so much as a fucking wart!

Funny he was cast as a fill-in for Nick as big, scary black guy, when he's probably somewhere around 900 on the list of scariest retired NBA players. Someone should have given Oak a call.

You don't want to see Fiona as a lumberjack?

Well, the law disagrees. If you have herpes and transmit it to another person without disclosure, you are civilly liable in many states. If you have HIV and transmit it to another person without disclosure - you are civilly AND criminally liable in many states.

Wow, you are insensitive. I didn't insult anyone by seeing people are slow to criticize it because of a cult following. That's not calling someone a sheep, it's just an observation that when a show reaches a certain status, people are slower to call out an episode for being bad because they almost expect a certain

If you do - you either have rich parents who willingly fund your wanderlust and living expenses or you work a job that really won't allow you to travel.

Just curious, how old are you and how long is your longest relationship?

I disagree regarding the need to frame Fran's personality. I like what they're doing with him - he's not just the "nice guy" boyfriend phase of the show. He's a person. He can be nice, he can be insensitive or dense, and he's not just there to serve as the opposite of Adam. His mere presence and niceness isn't going

I'm not making generalities. But when an episode is favorably reviewed and highly rated by the reviewer and is similarly rated by the readers when I think the episode was flat and not very good for reasons beyond my personal taste - I can make an observation as to why.

Nothing in the show revealed Mickey to be a functioning addict to me. Perhaps marijuana, but certainly not alcohol. I don't think we saw her hit the bottle through the day at work or sneak out at lunch to drink.
