Charlie's dislike for schmitty
Did we actually find out why charlie disliked him so much. Was it just that he suspected the guys would kick him out of the gang ? Schmitty seems like a bit of a dick, but one who would fit right in to the gang if they hadn't become set in their ways.

In just the third episode, they did some strange things. They send one character away from the action (Cross), have another seem to contradict her principles (Russell), and use
up a fun 'fish out of water' situation (Arnett).
