Well it kind of partially explains why Making History is such a giant mess. I do wish him well though and hope he's able to get over his addictions.

I know what you mean. It's got such a great cast that I want to like it a lot, and sometimes the jokes hit home, but all too often there's a certain something missing. Still, I thought episode 5 was the best yet so maybe they're about to find their feet.

It was of course a joke. I only wanted to hit her!

I purposefully avoided him until my goddaughter told me she was a huge fan of his a couple of weeks ago, and forced me to listen to some of his songs. Then I hit her, because I believe in an eye for an eye style justice. She's only 12, she needs to learn these things.*

Well it seems like your dreams come true as episode 4 has yet to be reviewed. And probably with good reason, as it's very very average stuff.

I just finished watching it about thirty minutes ago funnily enough, and think you're a little harsh on the film. There's definitely way too much of the political side of things but there is some truly beautiful destruction on display and I felt Godzilla had a lot more screen time in this than in the 2014 version.

Of course it may not be a child, it could just be a very short man or woman who enjoys playing silly games. And drawing fish porn. I know many such types!

That made me laugh a great deal. So thank you! :)

I think he must have been initially, otherwise why would he have stayed out in the wilderness with Forrest for so long? I do think sensation is clearly returning now though, and when he's back on his feet he'll extract upon Forrest a terrible revenge!

The general sentiment is that Forrest was supposed to be babysitting a child but the kid somehow ends up dead in a field.

The c word went out uncensored, whereas all of the F words didn't. It was very odd.

I'm so confused, on the version that I watched they once again censored all of the swearing apart from when Margo used the c word, which wasn't cut in the slightest. I had to go back and check I wasn't going mad as I was so surprised.

I think you should, it takes a few episodes to get going (possibly a couple too many, as I only started loving it around episode 7 of the first season) but now it's become one of my favourite series.

This kind of is the British model, at least when it comes to drama, which you guys have been mocking for decades but now suddenly like! Our sitcoms are still admittedly too short at six episodes a go though, at least when it comes to certain shows which could easily double the episode count.

The one problem I have with this is that it makes me feel sorry for the Stormtroopers at the beginning of A New Hope. We've just seen Vader take out a sod load of rebels on his own, but this time around he decides to let a whole bunch of his men die whilst lurking about in the background.

Also available online: Pls Like - Apologies if you've already covered this but I only discovered it recently, and the last episode aired on Saturday. But it's a really great short comedy series about youtube stars, and features Liam Williams and Tim Key. All six episodes are up on youtube and I'd really recommend

I'm a big fan of Difficult People, and Harlots (starring Samantha Morton) is due to start soon, but I have to confess there's not many Hulu shows that do it for me.

It's such a shame Adam Pally's so poor in this, the supporting cast are all pretty damn great but he's an enormous black hole in the middle of the show, sucking all the joy out of it. Throughout this episode we kept on hearing the characters say how great he is, but there was no evidence of this whatsoever.

I'm still bed bound following a recent operation so just watched a ridiculous amount of tv and films, including Rogue One and Love Exposure, both of which I enjoyed but for very different reasons. I'm starting to get a little stir crazy now though, it's been three weeks since the op and my body is craving a night out

He's improved a great deal from the first season, where he was almost unbearable. Now he's fine in short doses but when he's having a manic episode, like in the scene at the estate agents, I find myself struggling not to turn the show off. Or the volume off for a while, at the very least.
