This is such an odd decision given the mixed quality of the series, but one I'm sort of pleased about. I was one of the seemingly few who enjoyed it, but only to a certain extent. I found the first three episodes of the first series to be a little too painfully cringeworthy to really enjoy, but the final three were a

Oh Season One, It was Quite Fun,
But then we ruined it, For everyone,
Too many subplots with dull characters,
It's no surprise there were so many detractors,
But it could be good, plus Jessica's breasts,
Along with all of Jason's other conquests,
But then every season finale was quite shit,
And now no one cares about it one

Ah fuck it, I can't be doing with waiting this long. So I've made up my own ending: Everyone dies, except Arya, though by this point she is a deeply twisted and cruel individual who brings misery to everyone she rules.

I met David Wain on Saturday (he was promoting They Came Together at the London Sundance Festival) and chatted to him briefly. Have to confess he seemed a little shy / uncomfortable, but was kind enough to pose for a photo and answer my dumb question - Will there ever be a Rabbi Jewy McJew spin off? (The answer was

Ha, I didn't know that. And feel suitably embarrassed.

Ah, so that's what music's like these days.

Suggesting it'll underwhelm audiences seems a bit harsh - especially as Joe Cornish is directing it and not some random hack. Now sit in the corner and think about what you've done, AV Club.

I've not heard that about Lynch - he's always said that he never wanted the mystery to be solved at all in the interviews I've read. http://twinpeaks.wikia.com/… claims that to be the case as well.

So now it finally makes sense as to why they left the website up for so long…

"Obviously this kind of “comedy” will be incredibly dark, in the way that Dr. Strangelove was a comedy." - Is anyone else confused by this sentence? Sure, the ending is quite twisted, but Kubrick plays with all kinds of comedy during the film, and there's no way I'd describe it as an "incredibly dark" film.

If you don't recognise Sean Pertwee, you've missed out on seeing some terrible films! Oh, and Dog Soldiers, which is admittedly ace.

Delusional paranoia. Sorry. But anyone could open up a television set and see whether or not it contained such equipment.

I'm English as well and have no real love for it. I didn't mind it growing up but have no interest in it now, and cringe at some parts.

I'm trying the Louie route instead. She's yet to read any of my hundreds of scripts, but when she does, we'll be kissing til Christmas!

This is freaking me out a little as I'd only just checked to see how the project was going a few minutes ago, and was disappointed to see it hadn't reached it's target yet, so came here to email the av club in the hope of persuading them to cover it. And you already had! Either this is proof that you're hiding in my

I completely agree, and was amazed at the A- grade. If Brian was dead for good then maybe, just maybe, I'd rate it C+, but as a whole it was largely unfunny, fairly racist yet again, and packed with mis-firing jokes. And I'm someone who's enjoyed some of the more recent episodes and doesn't dislike the show in general.

Definitely. It took me a few episodes to get in to, but by the end I was absolutely adoring it, and am madly in love with Tatiana Maslany.

Or a sexy exciting one if you've the passion for animals that I have! ;)

Agreed. The annoying thing though is that I avoid twitter and most sites which post spoilers, and the AV Club can normally be trusted not to give away anything - at least without warning. But with a headline which gives the game away like this it's bloody annoying.

Two years really should be enough. It obviously varies between writers, but some can create a masterpiece in a week, others it takes years, but the script has been worked on for ages now so hopefully they're just tightening it up a bit. Location scouting won't take that long, and shooting could be over with in two or
